About Us
Our team is made up of technology leaders with more than twenty years of experience designing, delivering and running technology in logistics, postal services, foreign exchange, warehousing and retail. They have led projects in Malta, the Caribbean and beyond, from customer-facing digital services to the operational systems that sit behind them.
We act as fractional CIOs and CTOs for multinational organisations, taking in-project responsibility for technology direction, architecture, supplier management and delivery on major programmes, reporting directly to senior leadership and accountable for the outcome.
Our work combines strategy with delivery. The team has designed and set up the kind of systems we now advise on, from automated locker networks to high-density automated warehouses, which keeps our advice grounded in what it takes to run technology day to day.
